Talk to Gynecologist on Antibiotics During Pregnancy

Salaam, I didn't know I was pregnant and I have taken all kinds of cough medicines like myteka, antibiotics, zinacef, acyfyl, hydrex etc during last 3 months. What impact will it have on the baby? My doc hasn't done any anomaly scan yet. I am 19 weeks pregnant. Secondly sometimes I feel left or right side pelvic pain while coughing or walking, feels like smth is about to burst. What could be the reason? Can prolonged cough be associated to pregnancy as none of the meds could fix it???
