Anus Lump

Question

I am having lump like a torn skin with anus. It happened after the delivery of baby. And its been 10 years. But from last 3 4 days I was having itching and I did it. Now my anus hole is little swollen. And the lump coming out of it is paining but very mild. Also itching. Please suggest me some cream. I am really scared that I won’t have to go for surgery.
