Babies Life Issue

A.o.A . I am G⁵p⁴ and only 1 alive baby..1st time 3 month miscarriage due to absence of heart beat.2nd time 6 month IUD baby girl due to placenta absorption.3rd time 8 month baby boy preterm labor baby deliver alive but dead after 12 hours.4th time alive baby girl alhamdulillah with cervical cerclage.5th time pprom preterm labor at 7th month..I am suffering blood infection during every pregnancy taking antibiotics injection but no should I do?? people says I am suffering a disease like is this?
