Asking For Self, Female 32, Sahiwal
Dear Doctor, I recently had a KUB ultrasound done. According to the report, both my kidneys are normal in size, position, and echo pattern. There are no stones, masses, or hydronephrotic changes seen, and cortical thickness is preserved. The urinary bladder was minimally filled at the time of examination. However, the impression mentions an incidental finding of bilateral ovarian hemorrhagic cysts, measuring approximately 25.0 × 23.0 mm on one side and 32.6 × 22.5 mm on the other side. I would like your guidance regarding the significance of these cysts, possible symptoms, and whether any treatment or follow-up is required.
these happen in some females and they usually settle within 3-4 cycles..no need to worry or take any treatment unless they become painful.get a follow up ultrasound after 3 months.
you can contact me I'll guide you

Respected Doctor,
I want to explain my medical issue. For the past few days, I was having pain in my kidney area, so I visited a urologist. The urologist advised an ultrasound. After the ultrasound, the specialist told me that my kidneys are normal, but there are blood cysts on both sides. This made me very worried.
After that, I consulted a gynecologist. She gave me medication and told me that this problem will not resolve on its own and may require an operation. I have been married for nine years, but I do not have a baby yet. She advised that if I want to conceive, I should consider IVF, or surgery may be required. She also mentioned that during surgery, complications are possible.
I am very stressed and worried because of this situation. Please guide me whether this condition can be treated with medicines or if surgery is the only option.
