Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding
Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, Taxila
Doctor, I have been experiencing bleeding after sexual intercourse for about one year. My menstrual periods are regular and usually last around one week. The bleeding after intercourse is not very heavy, but recently I noticed dark-colored clotted blood immediately after intercourse, followed by a normal yellow vaginal discharge. I usually do not have significant pain afterward.
I would like to know the possible cause of these symptoms. Please advise me on the appropriate examination, investigations, and treatment. I am concerned because this problem has been recurring for a long time.

Assalamoalikum. Did u do any treatment or checkup in one year? U need to do checkup and a test of the neck of uterus from down below to rule out any severe condition. It can be because of severe infection which need immidiate treatment. I advise you to go to in person to a gynac to have checkup and a test known as ‘cervical smear’ and some blood test like CBC and treatment . Dont delay it further.
