Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding Gums During Pregnancy

I’ve been having bleeding gums since the start of my 2nd trimester, and this is just getting severe with time now I’m also noticing some of my gums are slightly swollen, and everytime i sleep and wake up i have blood in my mouth, most of my tooth is bleeding. Sometimes i do have pain in my 2nd molar too but it gets better on it own however this bleeding issue has become very annoying for me pls tell me how to treat this I’m 23 weeks pregnant.
