Salam respected dr. Meri shadi ko saal ho gaya hy. One month pehly meray baby ki Stillbirth hoi hy 37+ week pe due to cord around his neck. Meray period hamesha regular rhy Hain. Baby normal deliver hoa tha uss k bad 3 to 4 days bleeding hoi thi normal thi zyada nae. Uss k bad 28 days Tak har 24 hrs k bad bus aik bar spoting hoti thi, meanwhile mjhy BHT sakht cramps paray jesay constipation ho and ab 4th day sy mjy bleeding ho Rae hy air clots BHT zyada hain. Scan karwaya tha uss mein fibroids show hoay hain. Kia ye clots fibroids ki Waja sy hain ya mera normal period cycle shoro ho gaya hy. Please reply me
