Talk to Gynecologist on Body Emits Heat

I am facing this problem from past 1 week. It all started when I ate platter shawarma at night and my body got warm a lot and it heats especially from Thigh and I start itching my legs I drank a lot of water and it get better However after some days this was fixed. But now it happened again at night . I just feel so irritated. No rash nothing on my body . Everything is normal . This time I ate pasta and steak. Not sure what’s causing it but I need help?
