My sister has stage 2 breast cancer. I would like to get the opinion of the experts whether any treatment is possible without removing the breast or in any case the infected breast will have to be removed.

no. Standard of care in premenopausal females include surgery . she can opt for lumpectomy with SLNBx/ALND. but for that multiple factors have to be considered likely locality and locality of lesion , lump to Norma breast tissue ratio. otherwise she can have breast reconstruction.
