Repeat scan after 2 wks, will decide about normal delivery or c section after 37 wks depending upon the position of the baby, one thing more, double loop of cord is not an absolute indication for c section, i have delivered alot of patients with double or even more loops of cord around fetal neck, depends on ur obstetrician decision
