how many babies you already have and what was mode of delivery
if its first pregnancy baby can change its position even now but if Breech persists you have to go for C SECTION
if already have C SECTIONS then also
If already have normal deliveries then you can have Breech delivery if it persists

There is no medicine to change position. There are high chances that baby changes position on its own as it move about in uterus. If breech till 37 weeks then safe to get caesarean at 38 weeks
