Talk to Gynecologist on Brown Spotting 10 Days Before Periods

I am experiencing spotting or brownish discharge although my periods are due after almost a week till 10 days but i experienced other premenstrual symptoms too like cramp and backache since 2 days and today this discharge type on tissue its brown. This happened last month too i almpst experienced 7-9 days of premenstrual symptoms and spotting/brown discharge until periods actually started this has happened only twice in my life once last month and once now
