Mery c section ko 50 days ho gy h after 10 day of c srction stitch open ho gya tha with time jo k zeada ho gya antibiotics li dressings krwa li wound better huwa but now again another place is open now i feel pain haviness and small opening here Drs dont give me any medicine because i have no infection please help me kya me again antibiotic ly skti hn kindly reply me .thank u

If no infection then antibiotics not needed but you've to be careful about wound care

as you said there is no infection..you don't need any antibiotics..just clean your wound with pyodin solution and remove the fluid from wound by pressing it daily..
