Hello may I know more about your case … whether bleeding continued after sexual intercourse ? If the bleeding is mild and with intercourse only then it can b due to hymen break with intercourse which can settled on its own … but if the bleeding is heavy and continuing after intercourse then it can be tear with intercourse that should be checked and may need suturing
