Talk to Gynecologist on Chemical Pregnancy And Then Continuous Bleeding

My age is 26. I'm married since 26.12.2021. In march, I was diagnosed chemical pregnancy. I faced more than 10 days of bleeding. i.e. from 28 march to 12 or 14 April. in May, my mp started, but it's not being stopped yet. it was much painfull in it's earlier stage.. agrresive pain in my lower abdomen and uterus.. tried many things from elopethy. ultrasound showed sist.. or waram in our Desi language. problem is, bleeding isn't Being stopped. though its not much painful, but it's continue. what could be the possible reasons.. ?
