I’m diagnosed with chocolate cyst in my right ovary , I also experience pain in my lower abdomen every time ,my period are normal ,here doctors says that the only treatment is surgery ,I’m in stress because I’m 23 years old and unmarried I just want that please prescribe me medicines which can shrink my cyst . ??please guide me .I am also attaching my ultrasound report
any other test done? med taken? your life routine?

No medicine can shrink cyst. This one is small in size. Don't do anything now and repeat ultrasound in six months
