Talk to Gynecologist on Chronic Vaginal Itching And Recurrent Uti

I've had vaginal itching on and off for 4 years now. Never married nor do I touch myself. After a few months of having the itching Got uti (due to poor hygiene and holding it in for long) as well for which I took antibiotics 2 times (3 days 1st time and after a few months 7 days course) but that only made the uti more resistant. Also noticed that itching got worse after antibiotics (this was 2 years ago). It burns/stings on the inside whenever I'm aroused. During periods itching almost disappears (cycle is normal). Itches on the opening of vagina and inner labia. No smell or abnormal discharge ever, just itching. Nothing looks abnormal except for left inner labia which looks a bit swollen when it itches. Is this yeast infection? 2 doctors have told me it's yeast infection (1 obgyn online and 1 homeopathic doctor in real life). I have poor diet and chronic stress issues. What to to take to get rid of it? I want a medicine that won't make it resistant if this is yeast infection.

Thank you for replying.
My height is approximately 5 ft 3 inches and BMI is 14 something (underweight).
I wouldn't say I have a hair fall issue rn but I had it severely 2 years ago because of using hard water which permanently damaged the hair.
I also have low iron.
No excessive hair growth on face or anywhere on the body.
I do get mood swings according to different phases of my cycle and cause of pms.
I get anxiety and depressive days once in a while as well.
I got my pelvic ultrasound done last year and it came out all normal. And urine culture ruled out Ecoli causing my utis. If you'd like any other reports (urine re etc) do let me know.
