Talk to Gynecologist on Clotted & Very Little Period + Vaginal Sensation During Period

I have been married for 2 years and I have never had to take monthly contraceptive pills, but 3 months ago I had to take emergency pills for the first time due to an accidental issue. After that, 2 period cycles were fine, but since then I have had 2 more period cycles in which my blood volume is very low, no normal flow and what little I do have is clotted blood, and I have burning sensation in the vagina during my period.dr. Prescribed me Drospirenone( for 3 month) & nutritional supplement primarily containing Coenzyme Q10 ( for 3 month)... Now my question is I never feel like taking pills, so I am afraid of taking this contraceptive pill in case there are side effects. And I have burning sensation, very little blood discharge during my period, the little blood that passes is all clotted blood, what is the solution to this problem?? My age: 24, weight: 53 kg, and my period cycle is regular (every 25-28 days)
