The colour of my viginal parts and breast nipples was changed in dark black colour in pregnancy , now pregnancy has been ended colours r still dark black how could plz suggest some cream or medication or suggest some good beneficial multi vitamins for my age group . Thanks
there is no need to apply any cream on breast because during breastfeeding colour remained darken because of hormones you can take any multivitamins contain iron and calcium
It ll return to normal itself
they will remain dark and will only fade away with time on their own and for multivitamins you can take cap fefolvit which will replenish your iron stores
it will reduce over time by itself
