I had sudden, severe lower abdominal pain two days after my period ended, along with light bleeding that lasted for a day. My cycle is usually regular (28 days), and I do experience some pain during periods. The pain was quite intense at first, but it has eased with the medication and is now manageable. It’s mainly on right side of my lower abdomen. I haven’t had any fever, vomiting, or other symptoms, and I don’t have any previous history of cyst or surgery

Synptoms are not so severe, i think you must consult a gynaecologist once and then follow up scan after 3 months should be done to see any changes .

I have seen the gynaecologist, she has prescribed medication for one week for now and said that it will improve within a week. I am sharing the medicines below:
• Nordox 100 mg (once a day)
• Flagyl tablet 400 mg (twice a day)
• Ostem C sachet (once a day)
• Grat 320 mg (once a day)
• Risora tablets (once a day)
• Capsule Esso 40 mg (once a day)
