I Am Unmarried My Periods Came This Month They Were Just For 1 Days And Now from 2-3 days of periods i am feeling cramps in lower abdomen and now feeling gas in stomach with vomiting too much worried

Aoa. Cramps vomiting and gas.  May not be due to your periods. Do u have Diarrhoea?? Fever? May be gastric issues. We&rsquo;re your periods regular in the past and for how many days. An ultrasound pelvis  may help to rule out any pathology.
