age 42 Married 3 children She develops painful cyst on outer part of vagina she develops cyst every month before menstruation but small in size which fade away by rupturing & pus come out from it since few months but this time she developed a big cyst which is very painful what is it's cause & it's treatment?

this is most probably a Bartholin cyst which needs surgical removal as it will keep reoccurring if not removed
It may be a recurrent Bartholin cyst.
It needs to be drained and cyst removed.
