Talk to Gynecologist on Delayed Menstrual Cycle
Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Karachi
My cycle is mostly of 45 days and irregular ,previously have taken harmonal therapies too but didn't suit since november i don't get my due to current lock down i can't visit should i do now? Should i can wait for 1 month more to let the corono issue settle and get a proper treatment afterwards?

Not married is 45 age acne issues since i started taking hormone replacement therapy dian35 which i took 3 months and give me severe acne for which i have completed 6 month course of retinoids then again after 6 months periods issue take place for which i had started progyluton for 1 month and again my acne get worst so stop it passage of time my periods are irregular but rcieve every month with very less flow and last only 3 past 2 years haven't taken any medication and therapy for hormones nor for acne as acne is better month i feel premenstrual cramps but no periods from nov just have spots in feb not longer then 1 condition loss of appetite,fatigue,shortness of breath,pain in left arm,mentaly and emotionally feeling very low depressed.

U can wait and there is no harm in taking withdrawal as well
But once things becomes better then do consult a gynecologist for ur hormonal problem

first of all u take a urine pregnancy test after than content me ok
Assalam o alaikum.
as you have ammenorrhoea of more than 3 months you should start tab duphastone 10 mg two times daily for 10 days.
you will have withdrawal bleed within week.
once the city situation improves you can visit opd for proper checkup
