Talk to Gynecologist on Difference In Lmp And Ultrasound Scan

my last periods date is 15 September .i do strip pregnancy test at home at 24 October which show faint positive i don beta hcg at 27 October which 348.42 mlU/ml i done my transabdominal ultrasound at 28 October dr say nothing show in utras .she gave me folic acid and duphaston and asprin and said come after week .i repted my beta hcg at 31 October which is 1670.11 i go for ultrasound agian at 4 November because i feel slight light brownish discharge. doctor do transabdominal ultrasound .according to ultrasound report 0.78 cm gestational sac found in utras .and pregnancy is 4 -5 weeks .gestational sac is to small to show fetal pol and cardic activity. cervix is close .plz answer me why lmp show i am 7 weeks 3 days pregnant but transabdominal tell 4 to 5 week pregnancy. with single gestational sac . i attach my ultrasound report plz check

Doctor see only gestational sac at ultrasound according me its my 7 week due to lmp 15 September but ultrasound show 4 to 5 week only gestational sac .Doctor only give me duphaston and folic acid and progesterone injection

is it possible duphaston tablet cause bloody discharge ??? firstly i take asprin glucophage and folic with duphaston but now doctor stop glucophage and asprin only i take folic acid 5 mg and duphaston twice a day and i use biogest 100mg injection twice a week
