Assalam o alaikum, my name is Maria. I'm 26 years old and I have a 9-month-old baby. Two months after my C-section, I've been experiencing difficulty with discharge not getting vaginal discharge about to get discharged but unable . I didn't have breast milk initially, so I used hinumom tablets. I'm also feeling extremely weak. Thanking in advance.
