Talk to Gynecologist on Early Miscarriage

Assalam-o-Alaikum. I have a history of very early pregnancy miscarriages. It has been four years since my marriage. My first miscarriage happened at seven weeks. In my second pregnancy, I miscarried at five weeks. During my third pregnancy, I had spotting, but Alhamdulillah I delivered a healthy baby boy, and he is completely fine. After that, I had a fourth pregnancy, and again I miscarried at around five to six weeks. After this, doctors advised some tests. All of them came back negative, except one test called Lupus Anticoagulant, which was positive. I am sharing this result with you. Please tell me how significant this positive result is, what the possible reasons are, what treatment options are available, and whether this could be the reason for my repeated miscarriages.

dear the treatment of ur problem is curable when ever u plan ur pregnancy start tab folic acid 3mnt before pregnancy.n when u conceive and upt positive then we start with progesterone n loprin75mg or heparin

you still need I another test of lupus anticoagulent 4 wks apart to correctly advise treatment and to make correct diagnosis., but you should start tab folic acid 400 ug now . and repeat test
