You mean that you have missed your periods for 3 weeks and pregnancy test is positive, Right? And now she is having spotting and discharge,any ultrasound-done , I presume that you are already on Folic acid tablet 5 mg daily. Start Tablet Duphaston 10mg twice daily but get an ultrasound done As soon as possible.
