Talk to Gynecologist on Eczema In Pregnancy

i have had eczema since childhood which i curbed with lots of moisturizers and creams. however, I'm 6 months pregnant and the eczema has aggravated. its on my hands, arms, feet and shoulders. my previous derm prescribed cutivate and dermovate but i don't use them extensively. please let me know if there is anything i can do to relieve the itching and scabs. i use moisturizer after bath as well but nothing is helping. my gynae informed me that my eczema will aggravate during pregnancy.
