Talk to Gynecologist on Electric Pulsing Pain In Lower Back(zapping)

i got this pain 2 to 3 times during pregnancy specially during last trimester i thought it was due to baby movement but now after delivery i got c section and after delivary i have this pain constantly when ever i sit after a small walk after sitting i get this electric shock like pulsing pain in lower back it very uncomfortable feeling sonetimes it radiate to the full back and spine and sometimes only lower back and the pain gets better after i change position
