Also it depends on your concerns, if infertility is your main concern you have to undergo fertility treatment, if pain is your main problem you can start nsaids n hormonal therapy .

my gyne advice me to remove uterus.
do I need to remove overies as well
bcoz I'have adenomyosis too and adhesions as well between overies and uterus.

Yes get uterus tubes n ovaries removed, as if you leave ovaries behind, hormones will make endometriotic tissue again, on cervix or ovaries or inside pelvis somewhere..

but if just uterus removed 'it will stop periods
periods are main reason of endometriosis.
or overies too??

Hormones are main cause of endometriosis , uterus just shows the effect of hormones, n endometriosis is endometrial tissue outside the uterus where it should not be present, also if it goes deep in uterus muscle layer it becomes adenomyosis , plus ovaries n tubes can become future site of cancer god forbid , so clearance surgery is the mainstay in this age

oh I thought may be periods drops spread outside of uterus and it will become tissue and endometriosis.

actually I live in uk
and here gyne said that no need to remove any thing.just clean up all tissues of endometriosis. and after I should continue birth control pill for avoid regrowth of this endometriosis and adenomyosis.

Treatment strategy is different n UK n pakistan, in Pakistan we want patient satisfaction and a treatment that is definite , not needing too much follow up visits , and then birth control pills have many side effects that our population cannot ignore, our hormonal formulations are also not very advanced, n most of the times we are left with high dose medicines.. so after Allah trust your doctor and get treatment, preferably laparoscopic ablation of all endometriotic tissue , n start pills asap ..

im already on hormonal pills.and de said i have to wait for surgery may be for 1 year .
that's why im consulting
may be it's better for me to come to Pakistan for surgery
not waste my time in waiting lost here.

It might be the case that you have adhesions inside and doctor wants to decrease morbidity of surgery, so all depends on case scenario, discuss all treatment options with pros n cons n take an informed decision

here normal wait for surgery 1 or 2 years
they dnt do urgent treatment unless patient in on death bed

Yes health system in pakistan is much more smooth if you have some money in your hand , dr is at arm’s length, you can get surgery in a week

Endometriosis is not a life threatening condition you can delay surgery , but if its affecting your daily routine you can go for surgery early , healing may also take time, its not that you will be 100 percent fine just after surgery , so if you are comfortable in your own home in UK , you can delay it .. all depends on your condition n circumstances in UK n pakistan .

yes I have MRI and TVS as well
