Talk to Gynecologist on Endometriotic Cyst, Endometriosis Pain

I have endometriotic cyst of size 4.9 cm as per usg report of 28 February I am taking familia 28 for 14 days now but I am having excruciating burning inflammation in my pelvic area I have to go for another pelvic ultrasound but because of this excruciating pain I am unable to go for ultrasound so I can I switch to primolout n so that my pelvic pain may reduce and I will able to get a ultrasound but I am afraid because primolout n gives very intense period symptoms I have taken all strong painkillers like brufen, ponstan forte, synflex but there's no relief I am having lil bit symptoms of period also because my period date is after 3 days I am really worried about this killing excruciating burning inflammation in my pelvic area please give me kind advice
