i have a cyst in right ovary size 128mm×88mm.what is the best treatement for it.i have married 6 months ago and now try for baby

- it's better to send detailed history Symmptoms and ultrasound report or have detailed consultation to have proper Guidence and further Evaluation .
- cyst texture ,how long it was observed ,how intense symptoms ,any medications for any Reason u have been taking ...all need to know .
- Cyst larger then 5 cms showing no regression for more then 6 months need to investigate Further...even with Symmptoms less then 5. cms one also need to investigate.
- have blood test Ca 125 as well and start folic acid 5mfs daily .
- have proper consultation along with report of CA 125 and all other reports done previously .

usually small cysts are kept under observation and not much treatment is needed . but I will suggest to get consultation from a qualified Gynaecologist.

i have visited 2 gynacologist..one said i should wait for 3 to 6 months with medicine and the other one said that i should remove this as early as early as piasible so i was cofused that what i should have to do

sometimes i feel pain in lower belly.period cycle is 25,26 days and remains for 5,6 days and bleeding is normal.no as such symptoms.i belong to gujrat

Uphill now from your history it seems that the cyst needs to be observed at least for next 3 cycles . not much to worry about .

i have done a test of CA125 and its vakus is 57.3.should i also wait for months or go for surgery?
