mjhe extreme period pain hota hai on my first day of period , its unbearable starts 4,5hours after getting period and remain the whole first day, itna shadeed hota k chekhein niklti , ro ro k bura haal , tarap ri hoti mai...I don't take painkiller sb khte k msle hojayengay brdasht ye brdasht se bahir hoti hai...I can't move , I can't eat q k vomtings b hoti.... and what not? period cycle 7days k lye hotay.... age 21 , height 5'5" , weight 48kgs. kindly suggest what should I do?

you can take tab.ponstan forte 3 times a day for pain relief, its completely safe. other than this you do warm compresses with hot water bottle and take warm fluids. try to stay active by doing some light yoga exercises.
