Assalamu alaykum. I repeatedly keep getting urology issues mostly that urine comes in very little quantity or comes repeatedly in drops. I have consulted top gynecologists in past few years. Got all tests ultrasounds scans etc. Everything normal. One doctor advised to use Femina wash after getting oral for washing genitals after having ejaculation. That worked... But heard that it's prolonged use is dangerous

-dear u need to have detailed discussion on history ,strict monitoring for Leakage of Urine ,intake and out put chart ,test for urine Infection ,reduction of uricosuric food or medications ,complete/regular Treatment for any health issue u have like Diabetes ,Etc .
- have few Exercises ,life style Modifications to avoid risks to increase same issue .
- Reduce weight if high Bmi .
- perineal Exercises to avoid leakage .
- Daily walk ,yoga .
- balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .

yes ,for that have strict hygeine ,plenty of water and if Symmptoms Really present like burning ,pain ,discharge then better to have detailed discussion on Symmptoms and get Treatment.
