any Family History ?
sometimes misses targeted area thats why now a days stereotactic biopsy or US guided Tru-Cut biopsy is preferred depending upon circumstances.

as per report its BIRADs 2, which shouldn't be an area of concern . but sometimes study is limited due to some technical issues . kindly consult an oncologist and breast surgeon in your city for examination/evaluation of lump .if he/she finds it necessary then go for ultrasound guided Tru-cut biopsy. (don't get FNAC again) .

ultrasound nay Fibroadenoma bola hai jo k cancer nahin hota. you can take second opinion from other breast surgeons for surgery (lumpectomy) vs Surveillance.
