i am single 35 year old woman. never married or pregnant. i felt a solid hard mass in my right lower abdomen and visited a doctor. they ran a scan and said it's fibroids and will have to operate to get them removed. is it possible to treat them with medicines? also if i get married is pregnancy impossible in this situation?

there is some injectible treatment but not too much effective it will shrink the fibroid.u may become pregnant but there is difficult implantation due to multiple fibroids and more chances of abortion

mild pain in right lower abdomen, slightly heavy bleeding and they in anterior uterine wall displacing endometrial cavity and another in right iliac fosa

u r having pain and heavy bleeding better to remove them by surgery but keep in mind there is 50 percent chance they will regrow after 5 years ,u can take medicines for ur pain and heavy bleeding but medicines r temporary
there r medicines for shrinkage but again those r temporary once you stopped they regrow and they hv side effects too
