Flu In Pregnancy

Question

Assalamualaikum I\'m 8 weeks pregnant  I have severe soar throat since yesterday. No cough and fever uptill now. just sore throat and flu. what should I take for it?? 
I normal routine I take strepcils but in pregnancy what can be taken?? As I have severe pain in throat. I\'m already doing gurgles. And It seems that I will have fever in few hours.
