Mera two times already miscarriage ho chuka ha. I have to conceive for the third time in September. but unfortunately my pregnancy is also not going well for the last two days I have seen light bleeding. in my previous pregnancy there was no heart beat shown. Don't be upset this pregnancy how many weeks nd check by us for fetal status if the heart beat is positive then start duphaston 10 mg twice daily, aspirin 75 mg daily folic acid 5 mg daily nd injection gravibinon 1ml weakly if pregnancy is viable hopefully it will continue with this treatment just pray
get your ultrasound done and contact your gynaecologist
