Complications Related to anaesthesia and surgery, during entry n exit of instruments sometimes in case of adhesions organ damage occurs in laparoscopy, in open surgery also these complications occur , but when complications are anticipated measures are taken to avoid them, so it all depends on surgeon expertise , pre op preparation , pyelography and ureteric stenting b discuss krain ,

I already had 2 c sections
that's why im worried for again open surgery.it will take long time for recovery.
