asslam alaikym I'm 26 weeks pregnant I have severe pain in my right kidney on urine examination my pus cells are 20-25 my doctor advised me tab noroxin and tab spadix twice a day for 1 week is it safe to use?
tab noroxin is not recommended in pregnancy
take tab cefspan 400mg once a day for 5days
tab Flagyl 400mg twice a day for 5days, cranmax sachet twice a day for 15days, plenty of water

Wsalam. Urine infection in pregnancy is not good at all. Can cause early pains leading to delivery. Plz dont take noroxin in pregnancy. You need proper uti treatment immediately as it cam cause severe kidney infection and pregnancy support to prevent pains and delivery before time. Kindly consult so we can send relavent lab test and start medicine accordingly, and also i would wdvice you on how to prevwnt for next time.Take care
