Aoa. Meray c-section ko 20 months hogaye hain mjhe 28th week me pre eclampsia diagnose howa tha baby ko jaldi deliver karna para 33 week pay 1.3 kg weight tha He lived for 55 days and passed away.
My question is should I wait more to get pregnant again? If not then What precautionary measures should I take during and before pregnancy? No history of misscarriage.

W Salam. you can try to get pregnant. however some extra medicines will be given from the start of your pregnancy

You can conceive now. Take folic acid a month before and aspirin from the start of pregnancy. More monitoring will be required in pregnancy
You can try to conceive now.Start Tab Folic acid .Visit your Gynaecologist for early checkup and regular monitoring. U will need to start Aspirin.
You can get pregnant , better to visit for pre conception counselling
you can go for a pregnancy, should book early, and do regular antenatal checkups, you are likely hood for next pregnancy for precampia remains ,but no absolute.
