she should go to hospital,,, at 7 hemoglobin and bleeding ...she may need blood transfusion...then investigations including ultrasound and pelvic examination...regarding medicine she needs injection of transamine 1gm..in drip...and start primolut n also..its long detail better to book appointment so can be guided in detail with proper details of her issue.
