Talk to Gynecologist on Hormonal Imbalance, Acne Face, Weight Gain

I have low period flow, I got tests done from the al Nassar lab for PCOS, and the reports were fine, the doctor said to me that I have a hormonal imbalance and need to lose weight. She suggested me to have Progyluton for 6 months, but I am still facing the same issues like extreme hair loss, weight gain, facial hairs and extreme acne all over my face. Please help me with what should I do or suggest some good female doctors for this.
