Talk to Gynecologist on I Have Regular Periods But Not Conceiving Yet

in February I have visited to doctor by performing ultrasound she said that I have no problem it's to early to perform test for why pregnancy not occurring it has been 6.5 month of my marriage but last month I have visited to Dr she performed transvaginal ultrasound and said that I have pco she gave me medicines and said that come during 2nd day of ur periods and she will perform ovulation induction..... is it possible that someone have regular periods but still have pco ?
