If all normal , delivery can occur at start of 36 weeks , do Doppler ultrasounds n take Panadol for pain , take iron tablet three times daily n keep haemoglobimn around 11 Gm

Aoa. Twin pregnancy is a high risk pregnancy anfd if it's approaches 34 weeks already then u must visit your gynecologist. At least under observation for some hours. CTG monitoring, steroid cover, ultrasound scan.

u have 1 placenta or 2?
what is your last scan report?
your last hemoglobin?
have u taken dexamethasone 2 doses?
mode of delivery----depends on scan report,1 placenta meed cesarean for sure but 2 placenta can deliver vaginally in dome cases.
time of delicery----1 placenta may need deliver between 34 to 36 week, 2 placenta will be at 36 weeks
also in twins there are risks of other complications of abnormal growths,sugar,bp etc
