I m 31 years old . i have been married about 1 1/2 years. we are trying to concieve but i can't. i have a uterus fibroid. one tube is block due to fibroid and other tube is showing spillage in peritoneal cavity. i also attached reports. please suggest me what to do . can i concieve by using any medicine?
