Assalam w aleikum,is it your 1st baby , the 1st week is very very important, a bit difficult but should manage to improve and both baby and maternal health. once baby cry for milk ,attach to the breast baby will suck and maternal Harmon will release which will increase the flow and production of milk,with in one week it will established well. it is not like a water tap , you open and it will come.baby needs to make an effort and work to get it medicine may help with increase intake if fluids.
only only way to let the baby suck it will open all the milk ducts.

mean while take two glass of milk in a day eat two boil eggs take plain chicken soup and take citrous fruits and plenty of water
