i have been married since 8 years and i am unable to concieve. i havebeen diagnosed with complex left adnexal cyst( chocolate cyst) in left ovary. i develop small follicles in right ovary each month but i am unable to concieve and ovulate. kindly help

you need treatment for the adenexal cyst first, it looks like a case of endometriosis (chocolate cyst) and it commonly causes infertility in women. get it removed laproscopically and send it for biopsy (histopathology). laproscopy will also give information about your ovaries and uterus, ovarian drilling can be done simultaneously to improve ovulation. you will benefit from treating the cyst first which is causing all this cascade.
