I have 2 month baby but my milk is not sufficent for hiI have to give him formula milk i am taking cap Hi Lecta day night. Kindly guide me how to increase milk I have done the things that dr says to feed baby frequently and ate zera but still my baby remains hungry. Kindly tell me whether i should use another supplement or anything I want to feed him my milk

Pump your breast frequently in the day so that brain gets stimulus to make more milk. Also avoid bottle and baby should be put to breast only.

He still remains hungry I have to feed him for almost 2 hours and i had swollen breasts that's why i gave him formula milk
