Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Menstrual Cycle
Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Lahore
I had my last period on 2nd April, and since then I've no sign of periods. My gynae recommended me Signora but I'm using it from past 21 days but still there's no sign of periods. I had also did urine test for pregnancy approximately 3 times but it's negative. What should I do now?

If serum beta HCG is negative wait for periods , if periods dont come for 3 months , then take primolut N 5 mg three times a day for 10 days then stop .. periods will come in 3 to 4 days after stopping medicine ..

Also start myoinositol sachet once a day for 3 months , low carb high protein diet , daily walk, sleep well at night , manage stress, maintain weight , apple cider vinegar diluted before meal, cinnamon tea after meal.
